Roles and Access Level Management

Administrators (organization creators) can control the extent of the access given to each user. The “Groups” feature (listed under the MEMBERS section in the sidebar) makes it possible to create groups with a defined set of rules and permissions and assign members to them. Every user in a group has all the accesses granted to that group.

In order to create a group, any user with “Has create group access” permission can go to the MEMBERS  section listed in the sidebar, click on + ADD A NEW GROUP, enter a name, specify granted permissions and access levels, add members, and save the group.

To delete a group, any user with “Has delete group access” permission can delete a group by clicking on the DELETE button in a group.

Users assigned to multiple groups will have all the permissions granted to all the groups they are a member of.

Organization creators are called “Super Users”. By default these users have all the permissions regardless of the groups they are assigned to and will be notified by email if any organization member starts a model training.

There is a FULL ACCESS (GLOBAL) group visible in all organizations, this group is the default group meant for administrators and cannot be edited by users.
